The first batch of syrup $35. We only make syrup from the first 2 weeks of Sap. The first batch of the season is the Best tasting Highest quality of syrup that we have to offer. The syrup is always best when the sap is at its freshest point, and that is why the first week of syrup is the best. The best Birch syrup is made with the freshest sap. We strive to store sap for no longer than 24 hours. All of our sap is collected by hand and poured into our collecting tank that our tractor carries around the sap trail. Once the sap makes it back to the boiling site, it is time for the boiling to begin.

Trussler’s Farm is an established farm and producer and distributor of Birch syrup. We’ve always had a passion to promote local, healthy food and it feels good to be able to offer something unique from our own farm. What began as Kara and Joe’s passion to grow food and connect with nature more than 7 years ago, has since turned into an innovative new food product. Located at 1241 Blackbear Road in Matheson Ontario, Trussler’s Farm has an estimated 1000 Mature Birch trees on the farm property. We currently provide our customers with all-natural Birch syrup available at our retail outlet, online as well as throughout Ontario
