How to Cleanse: Our juice cleanse has 6 juices per day. If you need more than the 6 a day please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send an invoice for more juices. Drink your juices in any order you wish every 2 hours or if you feel hungry. In between juices, drink water and herbal tea to stay hydrated.
Before You Start: It’s good to ease into a cleanse. We suggest you start reducing the foods that your body has a hard time processing, like animal proteins (meat, eggs, and dairy), coffee, and sugar. Try to eat a lot of fresh veggies and fruit the days before you start your cleanse.
While the goal of a cleanse is to abstain from solid food, we realize that sometimes the urge to chew can be overwhelming. Acceptable snacks include a few celery stalks or cucumber slices, a quarter of an avocado, half a cup of black coffee, a pinch of sea salt in any drink, or some warm vegetable broth (low sodium). Another way to juice is to juice all day and have a salad for supper. Listen to your body, not your cravings
