Welcome to the Website and online services (collectively, the “Website”) hosted by Trussler's Harvest & Pantry and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “Trussler's Harvest & Pantry”) and by third parties on Trussler's Harvest & Pantry, Ltd.’s behalf. Please read these terms of use (“Terms of Use”) carefully before using any Website. By using the Website, you agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, or if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by them, please do not use any of the Websites.

We are under no obligation to enforce the Terms of Use on your behalf against another user. While we encourage you to let us know if you believe another user has violated the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

All content included on Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Trussler's Harvest & Pantry or its content suppliers and is protected by Canada and international copyright, trademark or other laws. Copyright Complaints

Trussler's Harvest & Pantry’s Right to Use Your Likeness
